Refunds

Refunds for Goods

Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

  • Good is broken;
  • Good does not match description;
  • Good is the wrong size; or
  • Good does not meet the purchaser's expectations.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

  • Goods that contain sealed packaging and has been opened.

Refunds for Services

We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:

  • E-Learning courses are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of original purchase. A refund can be requested by e-mailing support@levelflight.ca or filling out the contact form at www.levelflight.ca/#contact-form.
  • The refund policy for courses purchased through flight school partnerships is the same as above.

Returns

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:

  1. Pack your goods securely and write the return address as: Level Flight Returns 52 Elderberry Way, Rocky View, AB, T3Z 0G3.
  2. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.
